Zeelema Domestic Solutions was founded by a woman who comes from humble beginnings with no formal qualification in business; but a passion and determination to succeed and make a meaningful contribution by creating jobs not only for herself but for the historically disadvantaged people. The company was formed in 2011 for the primary purpose of cleaning homes. offices and industrial areas. After studying business management and business strategy more services were identified and included skills development and training.Due to the major challenges of lack of consistency in delivering tasks amongst our cleaning staff, we developed an NQF-aligned training program for our cleaning and waste management staff and have since extended the training externally to address the skills shortage in the sector.
At Zeelema, we are passionate about skills development, it is one of the most important cornerstones for job creation in South Africa and provides an opportunity to skill our people who would otherwise not have had the chance.
